My work is inspired by the vision of unity and interconnectedness of body, mind, heart and spirit.  It draws on my experience with a wide variety of people, clinical work, cultures and belief systems. Its aim is integration on every level – within the individual and in the bringing together and exploration of scientific facts, language, poetry & literature, spirituality and creativity.

I offer lectures and training in integrated health care and personal or professional development, focusing especially on holistic and psycho-spiritual approaches. Alongside this I also practice as a psychotherapist, working with individuals, couples and groups and as a homeopath.
 
My hope is to empower people to take an active and conscious part in their journey of healing and transformation and to motivate and enable colleagues in their practice of integrated, holistic health care.
